Can Happiness Be Measured?

Happiness can be subjectively measured through self-report methods, such as surveys and questionnaires that ask individuals to rate their level of happiness or satisfaction with life.

However, these measures are not always reliable or valid, as happiness is a complex and multi-dimensional construct that can change over time.

Additionally, happiness can be objectivley measured by physiological measures such as cortisol and heart rate variability.
